Our Executive Commitee 

Tony Cousens | General Manager

Tony Cousens has over thirty years of luxury hospitality experience
when he joined Ramada Singapore and Days Hotel at Zhongshan Park
in December 2011. A British native with dual Canadian Citizenship and
a Permanent Resident of Singapore, he has worked and lived in Asia
for the past two decades. Through his illustrious career, he has worked 
with some of the world's leading hotels groups including The Jumeirah
Group, Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, and Four Seasons Hotels &
Resorts. In 2005, he also oversaw the S$45 million overhaul and
repositioning of the Marina Mandarin Hotel. Mr Cousens graduated
from Westminster Technical College, London UK and currently resides
in Singapore with his wife and son.

 Faizal Hashim | Executive Assistant Manager 

Faizal Hashim is the Executive Assistant Manager for the Ramada and Days Hotels Singapore, leading the Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Security and Engineering departments. Being in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years, he brings a wealth of experience in managing the overall hotel operations. Faizal has worked with organisations such as Traders by Shangri-La, Conrad Centennial, Ritz-Carlton Millenia, Raffles Hotel, Grand Copthorne Waterfront and with the InterContinental Hotels Group.

Alan Tien | Director of Finance

Alan Tien is the Director of Finance with the Ramada and Days Hotels
Singapore where he will lead a team of 20. Besides three years of audit
experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and more than twenty years 
of experience in the hospitality industry, he worked for more than ten 
years with Royal Plaza on Scotts Hotel with impressive profit margins 
through strong yield and cost management. Thereafter Alan was financial 
controller from the pre-opening of Resorts World Sentosa 
and subsequently financial controller at the British Club. 

Josephine Chua | Director of Human Resources & Quality

Josephine Chua is the Director of Human Resources & Quality for the Ramada and Days Hotels Singapore. An industry veteran, Josephine was previously a Senior Manager in the Human Resources and Talent Development department for Singapore's largest integrated resort, with a headcount of over 14,000 employees across its business functions. Prior to her move into the hospitality industry in 2011, Josephine held engineering and global supply chain roles in leading companies such as Hewlett Packard Singapore, Agilent Technologies Singapore and Avago Singapore. Josephine also focused on HR areas such as talent management and leadership development at these three companies. 

Macy Cheng | Director of Sales and Marketing

Macy Cheng is the director of sales and marketing for Ramada and Days Hotels Singapore, where she leads her sales team of 6 to sell just fewer than 800 rooms to key customers and markets in Asia Pacific and globally. She brings more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry, which includes the Orchard Hotel Singapore and the Ascott Group.

 

Tan Lek Wan | Director of Revenue Management

Tan Lek Wan is the director of revenue management for Ramada and 
Days Hotels Singapore, where she leads a team of 6. Lek Wan heads 
up revenue management including pricing, e-commerce, online 
distribution and reservations. She brings more than 10 years in 
revenue management across the shipping, airline and hotel industries. 
She entered into the hospitality industry 4 years ago with Millennium 
and Copthorne Group and is a graduate from National University of 
Singapore majoring in Logistic Management.
